Overall very good experience. The room was nice and clean. No problems at all.
We needed a hotel room late last evening due a family emergency. Maple Leaf accommodated us with kindness and without hesitation despite the hour. Upon entry into the room, we discovered it was nicely heated, clean and well organized. A great first impression. Moreover, the bathroom was clean and well stocked. We had a great nights stay. Thank You Maple Leaf. We strongly recommend this hotel.
For me the price was right my room had plenty to offer. Honestly I live in California but grew up in Connecticut that is why I picked this place when I return to Connecticut for a trip they will be my first choice
During my extended stay a New Cleaning women started. Her service is spectacular. She’s very helpful with travel information. Her bedside manner is phenomenal. Her name is Wendy and she changed the whole course of my stay . she changed an ok stay into a suburb stay. I will stay again because if her excellent customer service.
I was here for a wedding. There was a fire next door to the hotel and my Uber driver was stuck behind the fire trucks. I didn’t know what to do. In a panic, I asked the Owners of the hotel to drive me the 10 minute ride to my friends wedding and without hesitation, they helped me. I couldn’t thank them enough. They went above and beyond for me; someone staying in their hotel and I think they deserve a huge shout out! Thank you!!! The hotel is quaint and my room was very clean. I enjoyed my stay.
Wasn't bad expect when 11a came around and was knocking on the door like a bounty hunter. Overall rooms are clean and decent for less expensive hotel
